Arkanoe, LLC is Hutchinson’s only kayak, canoe and tube rental and shuttle service on the Arkansas River. With abundant wildlife, and plenty of sandbars to explore, the Arkansas River near Hutchinson is perfect for enjoying nature's beauty close to home. Our rentals give floaters the opportunity to enjoy a five mile stretch of the river between the 4th Avenue bridge west of Hutchinson and Carey Park. Our shuttle services access points between Haven and Nickerson for kayakers and canoers with their own equipment.

All services are reserved through our website. All rentals are 4hr duration. All rentals include shuttle service to the 4th Avenue access. IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON COVID-19: We ask that all of our clients wear facial covering during the bus ride to the drop point.
Your kayak, canoe or tube rental begins in Carey Park, where your float will end. Shuttle service to the 4th St. access is included with your rental. Parking is available at the end of Redman Dr. behind the Stremel ball diamonds. Our shuttle will take you to the launch and you will float five miles down river to Carey Park where your vehicle awaits. Arkanoe provides everything you need for a safe and enjoyable kayak, canoe or tube experience - including paddles, life vests, boats and shuttle. You should bring water, sunscreen, bug spray, appropriate foot wear and a hat to protect against the elements. The Arkanoe shuttle runs on the hour so you should arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled float. Each participant must sign a waiver and fill out the rental agreement prior to engaging in any activities provided by Arkanoe. All persons under 18 years of age will require signature of parent or gaurdian.Reserve
For paddlers with their own kayak or canoe. Sorry, no inflatables. Our shuttle service begins where your float trip ends. Pick your ending point - Haven, Yoder, Carey Park or 4th street and we'll meet you to shuttle you and your gear up river to any launch point between Yoder and Nickerson so you can float back to your car. Our shuttle service is the perfect solution for large groups and overnight journeys. The Arkanoe shuttle offers service throughout the day with 1/2 hour intervals between launch sites so you should arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled float to allow plenty of time to secure your gear. Each participant must sign a waiver prior to engaging in any activities provided by Arkanoe. All persons under 18 years of age will require signature of parent or gaurdian.
